Good As New was originally created as a trade bodywork accident repair centre, eventually offering its service to private customers as demand increased.  As a result of the company's origins, the standards associated with our repairs are fully in line with manufacturer requirements.

We specialise in Toyota, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Volvo and Jaguar vehicles which form the majority of our main dealer repair contracts.  Many private customers contact us following recommendation from the dealership as their 'approved' accident repair centre.  The added assurance of main dealer recommendation gives our customers  peace of mind regarding the quality and standards expected.

Unlike many accident repair centres, at Good As New we do not enter into contractual agreements with insurance companies.  By avoiding this we ensure all accident claims, insurance accident repair and bodywork repair undertaken is in line with the best interests and wishes of the customer.  As the customer you have the right to choose your repairer and the right to demand a quality finished product.  We do not pay our insurance premiums for nothing!

Unlike many large repair centres, Good As New only use genuine manufacturer replacement parts on your vehicle. This forms part of our contractual obligation under our manufacturer approval programs and offers our customer the reassurance of warranty and quality by returning the vehicle to factory standard after repair. After an accident, if you would like your car returned to its former condition, please remember to choose an approved repairer to complete the work. Regardless of what your insurance company recommends, it’s your car, your choice and you who will be driving it on completion.

We use the Audatex estimating system, in conjunction with all the leading insurance companies. This provides a standardised and approved estimate based on the extent of the damage, reducing the time it normally takes to obtain approval for repair.
