An accident damaged vehicle will require panel re-finishing as a minimum, but more often replacement panels with probable re-alignment of the structural parts using a "Caroliner 4" body jig. We have a MiG/MAG welder and spot welding equipment in line with current boron steel regulations.

Our jig and welding equipment allows us to deal with most cars ......

  • Body trim is removed, and the vehicle stripped down to get to the areas for repair.
  • Body panels are removed, by careful cutting out.
  • We have a body jig for re-alignment of the vehicle which retains alignment as we weld back in the new panels. This is often a long process, which requires skill to ensure exact panel alignment.

The vehicle is now ready for the finishing process.

These two pictures are the same car on the jig, with damaged panels removed.
